I am planning to do this for friends next weekend.
I would rather do as much of the meal as possible before they arrive so I can enjoy their company.
Would I be stupid to wrap the Wellington in the pastry late afternoon for dinner or will it go soggy?
Should I do this as late as possible- that is while they are actually here? Or has anyone prepped it well ahead and kept it in the fridge? Normally it normally goes on the fridge for just 30 mins
I usually use Gordon Ramsey recipe but has anyone else got a foolproof one??
