do you think I can freeze uncooked gnocchi dough?

Yes I do it all the time, just do it in batches of about 30 tightly wrapped in frezzer bags.

ooh, brilliant, thanks, I was thinking about just freezing big lumps of dough though, do you think this will be OK?..........actually, I'll feel much more of a goddess getting pre-shaped gnocci out of the freezer, so will do it your way anyway.

I'm sure you can freeze it in one lump, but then it takes longer to defrost, plus you then need to shape it.
