Healthy family meals?

It’s the age old thing, we seem to have got stuck in the same old 5 repeated meals and then often making 2 or 3 different things to appease everyone.

Our usual go to meals that I can guarantee everyone eats are
Spaghetti and meatballs
Mince and dumplings
Toad in the hole
Pizza
Fish finger fajitas (chicken and halloumi for adults)

Can anyone help with some variations?!

Kids are 6 and 2, open to new things as long as there’s something the older one likes on his plate somewhere!

Thankyou @AtleastitsnotMonday, they may seem like obvious suggestions but I just feel like my mind goes a total blank and so we revert back to the basic guaranteed eats.

Need to start deciding the day before, or properly meal planning too, I think that'll help with the stuck feeling.

We do a lot of chicken baked/roasted - i try different marinades etc. Sometimes tray bake style or whole roasted.

Salmon fajitas with lettuce, soured cream and homemade guacamole.
How about getting the kids to make their own pitta pizzas? Put out a selection of toppings, like mushrooms, roasted or raw peppers, cherry tomatoes and let the kids do their own. My DS started doing this around 2 years old and still likes doing it now at 14.
Meatballs with mash, veg and sauce or gravy, like IKEA (their recipe is online somewhere)
Mac and cheese:, I out lardons in ours and top with sliced tomatoes and parmesan.
Spaghetti carbonara, can do it with sausages rather than bacon or ham.
Shepherds or cottage pie.
