Would you eat this defrosted brownie?

Got a delivery of delicious brownies around Christmas time. There were so many I froze a couple, defrosted one this morning to have as a treat once DC are in bed.

I checked the website and it doesn't say they can be frozen, but doesn't say they can't be either.

Is there any reason this may be unsafe? I'm thinking if previously frozen, maybe having frozen them wasn't the best idea. I don't want to be ill but I just reaaaaally want to eat it!

No, but only because I'm coeliac and diabetic. Instead, I would try to pretend I wasn't jealous of the person enjoying a delicious defrosted brownie.

Of course I would!

I've often frozen homemade brownies so don't see how that could be different. I usually stick straight in the microwave from frozen for 30 seconds and its perfect.

It has been cooked though?

It wouldn't last 10 mins in our house.

I'd eat a frozen brownie at the moment.

Glad it's a yes! I have double cream to go with it too hmm! Just need DD to hurry up with the cluster feeding and then convince DS he doesn't need 20 stories. Almost there!

I'd warm it up if you have cream!

Oh my... it was delicious and warming it up was a game changer
