I've got half a bottle of prosecco from a party at the weekend. I'm not going to try tasting it but my guess is its now very flat and a bit vinegary (it wasn't that nice to begin with).
I hate throwing things away so was wondering if anyone has an good recipes for using it up. The criteria are:
- vegetarian
- child friendly
- simple
I'm thinking maybe a pudding/cake but open to all suggestions.
