I have this saved on my laptop - can't remember whose post I copied it from:

12oz self raising flour
9oz caster sugar
9oz marg/butter
4 eggs
6tbsp milk
3 tsp baking powder
rind of 2 lemons

Put all ingredients in to a blender and whizz, pour batter in to a large roasting tin or square tin. I used a massive roaster so it was not as thick as Mars, it cooked in 25 mins on 180. Im guessing if you used a smaller tin you would need to drop the temp and cook for longer, Mars cooks hers for 30-40 mins at 180.

Prick the cake all over with a fork.Use the juice from the lemons and mix with a little icing sugar so still runny, pour over the cake while still in the tin (saves on mess) Cut in to squares and eat
