Best quick sausage casserole?

Hello,

Please can I ask for your best, easy/quick sausage casserole recipes? I promised DS one after school so I'm a bit pushed forward time!

Not a traditional casserole but it's quick. Can be served with mash or jackets if you don't fancy pasta.

I always use the Schwartz packet mix in a slow cooker. Cannelini beans, chopped tomatoes, onion, leeks.

Thanks all, I did a bit of a hybrid with what I had in:

• sausages
• butternut and sweet potato chunks (ready prepped)
• packet of pre cooked puy lentils
• Few sprigs each of rosemary and thyme
• carrots
• onions
• garlic
• dash red wine
• tin chopped tomatoes
• beef stock

It was absolutely DELICIOUS!
