My FiL has recently had a heart attack and needs to adopt a low fat and salt diet. But, due to chemo, his potassium levels are sky high so he also can’t have (in particular) potato skins or tomatoes!! And my MiL won’t eat anything at all with “spice” - and I mean anything - not even things mild enough for my baby. All my “go to” low fat recipes have tons of tomatoes…or spice. I’d love to stick up their freezer - PLEASE HELP!
