Is it ok to freeze and thaw ham?!

I bought some slices of ham from the Waitrose fresh counter on Monday and froze it on Monday evening. An hour or two ago I put a couple of slices in the fridge to thaw, thinking I’ll have them for dinner. Do you think they’ll be fine?! (Obviously food is normal heated after being thawed, but I’m not planning to heat the ham - just have it in a sandwich.)

Yes.

Yes. No problem. I buy a whole leg of excellent ham for Christmas each year, carve and saw it into bits, wrap in foil and freeze for other parts of the year. Always comes out well.
