Is it safe to reheat prawns?

If I made a paella with prawns in the morning and reheated it in the microwave that evening, would that be fine? Or would it be best not to? (Bearing in mind that my stomach is very easily upset!)

Yeah it's fine. When we have Paella a portion goes unto the fridge for me to have for lunch the next day. Just put it in the fridge soon after cooking

That’s wonderful - thanks! If cooked on, say, Friday morning, do you think it would still be ok on Saturday evening?

I think it would depend on whether the prawns you used were raw (grey) or precooked (pink). If precooked then essentially you'd be heating them up 3 times, which I wouldn't do! I don't have food hygiene qualifications so can't guarantee this is correct but I wouldn't do it.

As previous poster said it'll be fine if you used raw prawns to make the paella.
Cooked ones no.

Also it'd be edible until Monday morning.
