Quickly please! Cod cheeks dish I can freeze!

I booked a fish delivery: mussels and halibut for tonight DH's birthday, and cod cheeks for the freezer.
Except I've just spotted that the cod cheeks have already been frozen so I can't put them into the freezer. We won't eat them tomorrow so I need to make them into something freezable tonight. I have no bread or breadcrumbs so fish cakes are out.
Can anyone recommend a freezable dish I can make with these cod cheeks tonight? I have most store cupboard stuff. Thanks

I would just refreeze. I live life on the edge sister. I don't play by the man's fish cheek refreezing rules.

Cook in any tomato based sauce, eg pasta sauce or chopped tinned tomatoes. When you come to use them you can add fried onions & olives & garlic for a Provençal style sauce and serve with saffron rice.
