Sweet potato fries - please tell me how to make them!

I've done them before and they've been disappointingly soggy.
So can you share your top tips for perfect crispy on the outside sweet potato fries please

They won’t be perfectly crisp. Bought ones have a coating on to crisp them up.

They best way I’ve found to crisp as much as possible is to microwave them for a couple of minutes then pat them really, really dry on kitchen paper. Dust with seasoned arrowroot powder. Just a light coating whilst pre heating an oiled oven tray, then tip them onto the hot tray to bake. Give them a shake/turn them after several minutes and put them back in the oven to finish off. Keep an eye on them.
