Vegetable roll

Does anyone remember Turners Vegetable Roll that Sainsbury's used to sell in the late 1980s/early 1990s? It consisted of lentils, vegetables and I think a tomato sauce in pastry and was truly delicious. They also did a chicken roll and a beef one but they weren't anywhere near as tasty.

I don't think I remember that specifically but I do remember a lovely minced beef roll we had at home when I was in my teens. My mum bought it ready-made but I've no idea from where.

I think I could have a go at trying to make something like the vegetable roll. Suet pastry, but baked, not steamed, I assume.
