It's pork. But I don't know if it's a shoulder or a thigh or what and if that makes a difference to the cooking time?

It's weighs 1.480kg

How do I Cook it?

I always use the NNC Good Food roast calculator

www.bbc.co.uk/food/articles/roast-calculator

It has 3 different types of pork so you can see if it makes a difference.

I'd guess boneless pork loin?

That’s a pork loin roast. I do 30 minutes a pound plus 30 minutes at 180. Whack up the temperature for the last 15 mins to get crackling.

Ah thank you

That’s a pork loin roast. I do 30 minutes a pound plus 30 minutes at 180

I'm sorry I have learning difficulties and I can't work out how long it should be in the oven for.

It's 1.480kg

1.480kg is a bit over 3 pounds, so it will need about 3x30 + 30 = 120 mins or 2 hours in the oven @ 180. I would do it for about 1.5 hours then check.

ManonCrochan · 05/02/2022 18:45

Ok, so hour and a half at 180° (un covered?)

Then stab it in the middle and if juices are clear, it's ready?

From the roast calculator...

What pork is this and how do I Cook?

I wouldn't cover it , no. And pretty much, yes- no pink juice means done!
