Come on then, who sent in a Platinum Pudding recipe for the jubilee?

8yo DD wanted to have a go so she and I both did something. She made a caramel cake with buttercream and sugar flowers. I did a blackberry, apple and elderflower jelly concoction. Did anyone else send in a recipe?

Anybody else watching the final five? All look delicious. Bit ambitious for the average baker, though!
