could I freeze a meat casserole with an added egg and lemon sauce ?

It may split when you’re reheating it, which is why egg sauces usually shouldn’t boil to start with… It may be ok if you reheat very very gently. Could you freeze without the egg part and you complete that step after defrosting and bringing to a boil?
