Have some left over after having it with pasta tonight, any ideas for something else I could do with it to make a different meal. Can’t freeze it as it’s already been frozen. Any ideas please?

Perhaps jacket spuds & green veg ?
(I've been known to have things like that for brekkie.)
Too late now, but freeze in suitable portion sizes in future?

if it's a lunch sized portion I would go the lazy, but tasty, route of reheating it in the microwave and eating with a nice crusty bread like ciabatta or focaccia. Or I really like basic supermarket wraps fried in a pan with olive oil, garlic salt, and black pepper - basic but makes a very tasty food shovel.

Mix in some white beans and serve with mash and green veg

What's up duck?

Think I will go with the jacket spud, sounds yum!! That wrap idea sounds great too but haven’t had jackets for a while.
Wish I had frozen in 2 or 3 sep portions!
