Slow cook ideas need inspiration

Has anyone got any quick slow cooker recipe ideas. Bored of the usual chilli, bolognaise, beef stew! Thank you

Fry off to seal outside a shoulder/ half shoulder of lamb. Stick a few cloves of garlic under the skin and rosemary if available.
Put in slow cooker.
No extra fat or anything needed.
It is so tender it falls off the bone.
Can do same with chicken but butter the bird and inside of pot first.
If you like tender flavoursome meat these are both delicious.

Sounds odd, but is delicious (especially if you add fresh chopped mint and crumbled feta as she suggests when serving).
