How do I use this stone/ceramic crock pot?

I've been given one of these by my auntie but I have no idea how to use it!

Can anyone tell me what to do please? I'm thinking slow cooking pork or similar.

But I don't know how to prepare it, how long to cook it for and at what temperature etc.

Ooh thanks, I will take a look. It has only ever been called a 'crock pot' in my family which obviously gets lots of other results when I've Googled

Also called a chicken brick.
