I have been doing WW loosely for months now and it is working but predictably for the past week I have been eating whatever I felt like. So I actually feel yucky and bloated and like I need a detox. I am going to make an effort to eat really healthily and hopefully when I go back to ww on the 8th I won't have undone too much of my very hard won weightloss.
So we will be having this week -Veg curries made with lots of blood cleansing fresh ginger and chillies, squash and red lentil today I think served with brown basmati rice.
Tommorow we will be having wholemeal pasta with ratatouille type sauce but defintely no garlic bread or parmesan.
On monday we will be having pad thai rice noodles with salmon.
Everyday I am going to have just hearty home made soup for my lunch. And I am going to buy lots of oatcakes and rye bread to avoid some of the wheat in my diet as I suspect this bloats me (well along with the booze tbh).
I am also going to up my water intake and try to substitute my daily coffees with green tea.
On tuesday we will be having whatever is being served at the party (and lots of Champagne)we are going to and on Wednesday we will be having some class of a roast as MIL is coming over for a big family dinner. But I will be back on the wagon on thursday.
I am just posting this in the hope that writing it down will make it more real. Wish me luck.
