Could I cook potato cakes in Yorkshire pudding tins?

I'm a bit short of time for frying them

Do you think they would cook ok on a tray or I Yorkshire pudding tins?

I think a tray would be better.

I love potato cakes...

I did some I a metal Yorkshire pud tray and some in a silicone one...the ones in the metal tray were crunchier!

We had them with bacon and beans - yum
