Bang bang cauliflower

Anyone got a good recipe? I really want to crack this but I made a shockingly bad one recently and I don’t have the ingredients for the Wagamama firecracker sauce for their recipe.

Has anyone made it using normal breadcrumbs rather than panko? I have some so I’d like to use them.

Re the panko, it's so easy to make your own.
Spread breadcrumbs on baking trays, put in oven on the lowest possible heat setting, turn over once or twice .
Takes 20-30 minutes in my oven. (I start from cold when I'm about to use the oven anyway.)
Store in airtight container, keeps for months at ambient temperature.
