We use them in a home made tomato sauce with pasta.

Or seafood

If you like spicy then I love to make Thai 'Tom Yum soup' with added rice noodles to make it more of a meal - I use a recipe from the 16:8 intermittent fasting book which is nice and simple but there are plenty of other versions on the net.

We'd make a simple tomato sauce but put lots of chilli flakes in it to spice it up. Served with rice or crusty bread. Yum!

I made a chowder at the weekend with the same mix but also added some fish pie mix to it too.

I love a tomato sauce idea....DH less keen on very tomatoey sauces (but likes spag bol). Also he doesn't like very creamy things.

All these are going on a list for when I'm cooking for myself.

Tom Yum soup though...that's a good thought.

I use it in fish pies and risotto, or as a creamy garlicky pasta sauce or filling for savoury pancakes. I also use it in Jambalaya.

Paella.

I always add them to laksa, together with some green vegetables such as sugar snap peas, bok choi etc.
