I want to make a selection of petit fours or sweet thingys! Anyone know any good website to look for recipes?

I think that's what I mean - petit fours!

DD and I would like to make a selction to take with us to the in-laws tomorrow. Things like coconut ice and maybe ginger fudge etc. We thought if we made a selection to arrange in a nice box, it might be nice. Any ideas anyone?

Rum truffles - my mum used to make these - delish. Call her for recipe!!!!

marzipan shapes, drizzled with melted choc? (V easy) and the marzipan can be painted with food colourings.

Or bring cream to a rolling oil, add dark choc, a little icing sugar, some baileys/rum/whisky, allow to cool, in fridge, roll in cocoa powder/chco flakes and voila - easy truffles.

Thankyou! I have a packet of marzipan, I'll get dd to make some fruits. I've made, ginger fudge, chocolate brazils and coconut ice. I've also made my own flavoured feta cheese and put it in a jar with olives and olive oil. Finish it off with a bottle of homemade plonk and I think we're done!

Yeah. She'll probably say something useful like 'Oh, I can't eat them anymore' or 'I'll give them to ds3, he'll like them.' Bloody inlaws!
