Breadmaker - using spelt or kamut flour?

Hi - so I have my new toy and wanted to make some break with spelt or kamut. I also have some quinoa flakes (makes truly revolting porridge) so was wondering if I could use these on bread too.

Does anyone have any recipes for this type of bread?

I’ve found spelt flour doesn’t do well in the bread maker, but spelt:wheat flour 50:50 works well
