Crisp Sandwich

It's a common debate i know but, which is the best flavour of crisp's to have on a sandwich in your opinion?

White bread, butter, cheese, salt and vinegar Walkers.

Definitely this!

Cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber, branstons pickle, mayonnaise and ready salted walkers crisps.

Thin white bread real butter cheese and onion or spring onion.
If adding to a cheese sandwich (with some other flavour/veg involved) ready salted are my fave there.

Nice white bread, proper butter & Walkers cheese n onion although
Walkers roast chicken or smoky bacon would be just as good.

B&M have started stocking Tayto crisps and you can order them on amazon ( bit pricey though!)

My favourite sandwich used to be a ham and English mustard crusty baguette, with Brannigans roast beef and mustard crisps in it. Super crunchy and enough mustard to make your eyes water. Heaven!

Cheese and onion must be Walkers

Thick sliced White bread, real butter, 3 slices of thin ham, smoky bacon crisps.
Or a Well-fired roll, real butter, 2 slices of corn beef, tomato sauce, and tomato sauce crisps.

White bread, butter, cheddar cheese, tomato snaps or prawn cocktail snaps. Beat that

Soft white bread, lots of butter, ham and ready salted pringles- but I've not had one for at least a decade as I would be a balloon if I did.

The cream cheese and salad will make the crisps soggy, how about grated cheese and ready salted.

Crispy Morton’s roll (if u know u know) primula cheese and a packet of walkers cheese and onion. Delicious!!!

@TheLadyGrayson - if you are lucky enough to have access to Tayto crisps, why in the name of God would you choose anything other than Cheese and Onion for your everything sandwich?? Ye heathen ye.

I agree that first poster had it - the gold standard is white bread, real butter, cheese and onion crisps but if you’re feeling a bit naughty - white bread, dairylea and frazzles does the trick too!

Warburtons white bread in the blue wrapper, cathedral city cheddar, salad cream, walkers salt and vinegar. I might have to have this for my dinner now after netball.

Any colour sliced bread or barmcake. Not baguettes, panini etc. Ready salted crisp. Press down so crisps break.

Oh this takes me back 30 odd years when I was aged 13 - I had just been moved into a children's unit where crisp sandwhiches were the regular snack of choice which was a complete new thing to me! Salt and vinegar is the only way to go though
