We had a Sainsbury’s grocery delivery on Friday, including a chicken for tonight’s dinner. OH cooked, and later when cleaning up I spotted the use-by date on the packet was actually Friday, after we had eaten it. I am panicking about food poisoning now - should I make myself sick or is it likely to be okay after 90 minutes in the oven? So annoyed as the leftovers were supposed to be a curry tomorrow!
