I have a cabbage, a cauliflower, about ten carrots, and two courgettes. What can I do with them??

I have pasta and rice in the cupboard and diced lamb in the freezer. I have potatoes, onions and garlic too.

Inspire me! What can I make for dinner?

Lamb and cauli tagine, will use up your carrots and courgettes too

Or you can use potatoes instead and save the cauliflower, and do cauli cheese another night

The cabbage I would cut into wedges, roast until caramelised, and dress with walnuts and Parmesan cheese (see recipe here: smittenkitchen.com/2019/11/roasted-cabbage-with-walnuts-and-parmesan/

This is really nice alongside a chicken Kiev or some sausages!
