Does anybody have this book? I'm considering buying it but can't find out any information about what the recipes are and how quick and easy (ie doable) they might be with three young kids running about. Would you recommend?

I have it. The first half of the book is really interesting. The second half is made up of recipes. Most are fairly easy but I have to admit there are a few that veer too far towards the deliciously Ella school of heathy cooking where you can tell from 20m away that someone is trying to be healthy. I'll never be persuaded to eat lettuce cup tacos when I have a book of real taco recipes. There are still quite a few recipes that look delicious and really it was worth buying for the information in the first half anyway.

I've attached some photos of the suggested weekly menus using the recipes in the book.

I agree with PP. I really enjoyed the book and thought it was a good concept and pretty practical in terms of the advice. The recipes are a bit of a mixed bag but I didn't really buy it for that and there are some food starting off points.
