what sauce with hot gammon for Boxing day for in laws HELP

do I serve cold cumberland sauce? I hate parsley sauce. Not sure what to do -

Onion sauce is very nice with gammon.

dont do a sauce just do potato dauphinoise and serve a cranberry sauce with it

What about redcurrant jelly, roast potatoes and onion pudding.
