Cranberries!

I have a massive glut of cranberries - a neighbour gave me 20 boxes she had acquired before Christmas, and even with making decorations and cranberry sauce we have loads left.

Recipe ideas?? The only ones I can find seem to be designed to spin the cranberries out, not deal w gluts. Any thoughts? I have about 3kg.

Freeze them for later?

I freeze them. They are good for you. Add them to porridge or muesli? Add to flat jacks. I expect you could make jam . Use as a filling between layers of cake, boiling for 15 minutes with sugar beforehand.

We have a teeny freezer... I can't fill it w cranberries for a year! we need to eat them!
Jam is a good idea (though I've never seen it for sale, which makes me wonder why!) Also queen of puddings - uses a good quantity. The pie looks nice too, but we ate all our mincemeat this year!
Do you think a cranberry (and apple?) crumble would work?

Cranberry Gin? Like Sloe Gin but with Cranberries.

All use a decent quantity.

Can you dry them (in the oven) so you can use them as and when?
