So, am fed up with the boiled version so want to bake it this year. Have got lots of conflicting opinions. I am thinking 20 mins per lb and 20 over but at what temp. I have a fan oven. Also, want to glaze it so at what stage do i take the foil off and get rid of the fat to do the glaze? HELP!!!!!!!

yep thats it, it is very quiet here today, anyone would think it was christmas or something
