Tell me your favourite cookbooks for Healthy Midweek Family Meals

So fed up of being stuck in a rut and need new inspiration.

Can anyone recommend any good books?

Not a cookbook, but I often browse which Gousto meals are available when I’m meal planning. If you Google the recipe name you can almost always find the recipe. There’s a smaller number of rotating recipes, so it’s easier not to get overwhelmed and just cook the same things.

Roasting tin cookbooks, of which the Around the World one is my favourite for family meals. I have young kids though, so find something where it's ok to be interrupted while chopping and then the cooking step takes care of itself invaluable.
