I bought 2 whole frozen lobster from Lidl before Xmas, I think they're about 350g each.

Not sure how much meat is on each, so does the recipe tell you whether you need one per person?

I think it is a ready made dish in the Lidl frozen aisle. My DH was making eyes at it, but we didn’t buy it. Now I’m secretly gutted.
