Cooking with older kids

Hi!
Dd (10) is keen to spend more time cooking with me. We've done loads of sweet treats in the past but she wants to help prepare tea.
Today we prepped a cottage pie (in the oven - smells lush!) and a chilli con carne which is in the freezer ready for next week.
We regularly make our pizza from scratch.
We've done spag bol with a little help from Dolmio. And mince and dumplings. So I think she's 'mastered' mince, lol!
We don't really do fish except tinned tuna and smoked salmon. Quite like a bit of spice.
Any idea what to tackle next? Ideally something she can cook with minimal input from me :-)

Chicken curry
Tuna pasta bake
Burgers
Tuna meatballs
Enchiladas
Quiche with ready rolled pastry
Macaroni cheese
Puff pastry tarts

Great list from Five
I'd also look at some eggbased things, and perhaps a tray bake and stirfry.

Eggs! Frittata and shakshuka both good. Even simple boil, scramble poach, fry would be good basics to master.
I also think it really helps to practice transferable skills e.g now she’s done mash for cottage pie next time try tuna fish cakes.
Maybe some pasta sauces, carbonara, arabiata, puttanesca etc
How about a batter mix, then she could do pancakes, Yorkshire’s and toad in the hole.
Maybe a few chicken dishes, chicken breasts stuffed with soft cheese and wrapped in bacon or a chicken tray bake. Basically just get her used to handling meat.
How about a pie, either starting with ready made puff or making own short crust.
Soups -so many options there!
