Help with this turkey...

Got gifted a bacon covered turkey crown over Xmas/new year which I stuck in the freezer.. we took it out Sunday about 2pm and just wondering does it need binned or can I cook it today?

If it smells ok, which it should, cook it.

Assuming it's been in the fridge since Sunday it's probably barely thawed, should be fine

It’ll be fine. Check it with eyes/nose, obviously, just to be sure. But as pp said it’ll have taken half that time just to thaw out.

I'm only going to cook it n cut up into a Thai red curry sauce lol the bacon's going to the foxes 😄
