Soda bread recipe - with skimmed milk?

Had anyone got a recipe that will work with skimmed milk?

I don't have a recipe, but the point of Buttermilk, apart from the liquid content is the sourness to activate the baking soda. Add a few drops of lemon juice and that should do the trick.

I made it! Half skimmed and had semi (that’s all I had) and the juice of a lemon. And it turned out quite yummy!

I’ve been crowing. Not as much as when I CREATE LIFE (ie make yoghurt) but my family is hearing all about my soda bread.
