Anyone see Rachels favourite food this morning?

I am looking for the fudge recipe and can't find it. Can anyone help me please?

1. Milk maid - 375 ml or gm

1. golden caster sugar - 400 gm (I think this sweet is too much so, I used only 100 gm)

1. Butter 100 gm

1. Vanilla - 1 Tsp

Method : 1. Melt the butter then add milk maid and G.C. Sugar, cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

1. fill the sink with some water. and place this pan on and mix this mixture with some minutes. This will make the mixture hard quickly.

1. Then put this mixture on the grease proof paper.

1. You have to cut the shape with in 3 to minutes otherwise this mixture will very hard.

I found this on the internet, I think milk maid would be the condensed milk ... I am sorry that was all I could find.
