Give me your best family slow cooker recipes. I can use low salt stock instead for the littles.

I just threw the traditional post Christmas concoction of shit into my slow cooker which is always a winner once done.

Chicken breasts (can use any turkey if you have left but chicken works)
Chopped onion, celery, carrot, parsnip, new potatoes / any other roasting veg going spare.
Last of fresh herbs or good sprinkling of dried mixed if you have
Half a sliced lemon
Low salt veg stock cube dissolved in about 200ml of boiling water
Pinch of salt and pepper
Ram it up to high and leave it all day.

Once done you can serve it up as it is with baguette or mash or whatever else you fancy.

My dogs go insane air scenting and sniffing and when it's finally done and I give them a good helping with their food, they're like this.
