Dim festive-ish questions about sausages

I've got shedloads of chipolatas for a group of us on Christmas Eve. I've got an oven with a timer, my dream would be to pre-set it to come on while we're out at the carol service so they're ready to eat when we come back, but how long/what oven temp would you suggest?

Someone (DH ) has said it might be easier to precook sausages and just warm them up when we get back, but that sounds a bit dodgy to me... imagine giving everyone food poisoning before Christmas

Boil them first, let them cool down, refridgerate. When you come in from the carol. toss them in a mixture of honey and mustard and flash in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.

10-15 minutes would be plenty.
