I have a beautiful shiny fancy coffee machine. Very happy, thanks DH. But I have read all the instructions cover to cover and still can't make the coffees I like! I can make a double espresso yes, I can froth milk to three different temperatures.... but how do I use my skills and fancy machine to make my Cafe Nero favourites? Namely flat white, latte and cortado.
