Veggie sausages

I'm an omnivore, but avoid UK sausages because of the additives.

I tried a veggie sausage on a breakfast buffet & liked it, so bought a pack of Cauldron Lincoln as they had some good comments on here.

There are more chemicals in them that I try to avoid, than in the bangers I buy for DH ! I was expecting veg, lentils, beans & perhaps a natural "glue" to keep them together.

I thought they would be a healthy option.
Any suggestions for bangers that only contain ingredients I would have in my home, & not a lab or factory?

I think most veggie sausages are ultra processed, unfortunately. Heck vegan breakfast sausages look a bit better, if you can find them where you live.

Most will be ultra processed, aiming for a meat like texture from plant based food is a tall order. I think he brand Gosh use natural ingredients, but while they are tasty, they aren't an imitation meat product. A Glamorgan sausage might also be more natural, but again, not trying to imitate meat.
