I am thinking of getting a slow cooker. I want to make some cheap, healthy midweek meals for the family. We try and eat veggie at least 3 times a week. However... DC2 has an allergy to tomatoes, which make lots of recipes I have seen like chilli, curry and bean casseroles difficult.
Can any of you suggest good tomato free recipes? Or is it going to be a bit pointless getting a slow cooker?
