I can't find my shepherds pie recipe - please help!

Hi all, urgent request here: please give me your tried & true shepherds pie recipes. I need one SOONEST!

It's not something I have a recipe for, brown mince & cook off, add diced carrots, add peas and gravy. Put in a dish and top with mashed potato.

I use turkey mince.

Same as above but I use beef mince and I add some thyme

I added Worcestershire sauce last time and it was really nice but I don't add it usually

I brown mince and a diced onion and carrot...then I add a spoon of tomato puree, Worcester sauce, red wine, stock, and some dried thyme...simmer until reduced...then top with frozen mash and grated cheese and bake.

Really want shepherds pie now.
