Gravy..help!

I want to make my Christmas Day gravy tomorrow...so unfortunately I won't have any turkey juices, although I could add them on the day. Please has anyone got a good gravy recipe or method I could try. I made really shit gravy last year so I want to wow the family this year!

I always use the Jamie Oliver get ahead gravy too (my 13 year old has been making it the last couple of years). Make it a couple of days before and just add turkey juices while reheating. Minus the star anise - it totally takes over!
