What to do with silken tofu?

Through poor attention to detail I have an open packet of silken tofu in the fridge, what can I do with it? Is it really similar to scrambled eggs? Can I freeze it in order to forget about it and subsequently chuck it out in 18months?

Bin. It's horrible!

It's normally something you'd make a smoothie or perhaps blend some fruit into for a pud .

This is pretty good, similar to but not the same as scrambled eggs

Make mapo tofu! It's very good. A place near me serves it cubed up in a salad with avocado and a creamy dressing which is also nice. Or blend it into a pudding with chocolate.

Just serve it cold with some good soy sauce and thinly sliced spring onions. You could add sesame seeds too or a little sesame oil.

Thanks all! I might try a selection of ideas - the curry version and plain soy could be interesting- and then in all likelihood follow @Animood 's advice
