Slow cooked lamb ( Slow cooker )

Hey so!

I got
Mil and fil coming for Christmas and me plus them want lamb and hubby having small chicken,

My question is make most of my slow cooker on the day as I got small oven I was wondering if there any good ways to cook lamb in slow cooker ? That still be good to go with roast dinner,

So what type of lamb ?
What about
Liquid go inside with lamb etc

Or if anyone think anything else I can do with my slow cooker please help x

Just stick the lamb in the cooker with a bit of seasoning, and put the cooker on in plenty of time for it to be nice and tender at lunch time (or whenever you plan on eating). It's not rocket science!

Shoulder would be better than leg as it prefers a slower cook but even so, lamb is really forgiving.

i do a leg of lamb in mine every year my other half uses a hand saw to trim down the bone a bit so it will fit.cup of beef stock,crushed garlic chop onion/carrot and lea perins high 6hrs always perfect
