Christmas lunch - vegetable side dishes

Looking for recommendations for interesting vegetable side dishes for Christmas day please.

We don’t have cauliflower cheese or roast parsnips, but instead have this parsnip gratin which is effectively a combination of two. There’s an alternative recipe here which looks good and I might try it instead this year.
This recipe for the sprouts!

We like leeks baked with Stilton and breadcrumbs made from seedy bread.
