I don’t really want to cut the fat off, I don’t mind the price, just want some really high quality chicken breast with zero fat on it?

You want free range or organic chicken breast fillets. The skin is removed and there won't be any fat. Waitrose? Any decent supermarket. Or you could ask a butcher to skin them and take off every last scrap of fat if it bothers you that much.

I’ve had Waitrose chicken breast before but I can’t say that I found the quality to be all that amazing and there was definitely still fat on there. Perhaps the expectation of zero fat is a bit unreasonable maybe

Muscle Food online are very good

Go to a good quality butcher, they'll do whatever you ask for

I second Muscle Food too!

Any supermarket. You could always cut off any tiddly bits.

I hope you realise that the fat - of all meats - is the where the flavour lies.

oviraptor21 · 17/12/2021 18:42

I can't say I've ever noticed fat other than the odd little straggly bit on any skinless chicken breast.

I know what you mean OP.

The only place to make sure you get what you're looking for is the butcher - ask them for exactly what you want.

All chicken from supermarkets - even organic / free range will still have fatty bits on it 🤢

I've never noticed fat on chicken breasts!?

Muscle Food are great though, agreed. Although a local butcher would be just as good (and probably cheaper).
