All out of ideas. What are you having please?

Lasagne. Made two, one for now, one for the freezer to have on Christmas eve since I'm working

A bit of a hybrid experiment. A tuna pasta bake made with gnocchi instead of pasta. Always a tomato based sauce. With peppers, red onion and sweetcorn. (Creamy sauces with tuna are just wrong in my brain!) Topped with cheese and breadcrumbs. Green salad on the side.

Had pork steaks to use so sliced into strips and in a pan with garlic, onions, ginger, red pepper, peas,mushrooms white wine, honey and mustard! Creme fraiche to go in at the end. God knows what it will taste like

Sausage and baked beans

I have some sweet potatoes to use up so im making sweet potato fries (mixed with olive oil, paprika, chilli flakes, garlic powder & pepper) but cant decide what to put with it

Slow cooker chicken pho, lovely!

Crispy chilli beef with either rice or noodles

Mince, rice and beans. Or maybe spag Bol.
Need something quick as my DP will be working late.

Bombay potato with a fried egg on top.

Swedish meatballs, mash and sauce.

The kids love it. It’s easy. I’m pretty much always have the ingredients in to make it.

Yesterday was carbonara which is even easier and even cheaper!

Frozen pizza and coleslaw here. I'm shattered and can't be bothered to cook.

Sausage sandwich and veg just because I need to get some veg into the kids

Went to McDonald's with dd after school.
McChicken Sandwich, fries, diet coke and a McFlurry.
It was delicious.

Turkey, stuffing and cranberry baguettes with pigs in blankets on the side. We've had the Turkey in the freezer for a year and need space. Were having beef this xmas.
Last night southern fried chicken, potato salad, fries and corn cobs.
